About the Role
As a Client Insights & Analytics Senior Strategist I, you'll play a critical role in translating complex data into actionable insights that guide product decisions, customer strategy, and business growth. This full-time position is based in Helena and offers the opportunity to influence how millions of job seekers and employers interact with Indeed's platform every day.
What You'll Do
- Design, analyze, and present data insights that inform strategic decisions across product, marketing, and customer success teams
- Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks that track key performance indicators and business metrics
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on user behavior, market trends, and customer segments to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define success metrics and measure impact of new initiatives
- Translate technical findings into clear, compelling narratives for executive and non-technical audiences
- Build and maintain analytical models that support forecasting and strategic planning
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or client insights roles
- Proficiency with SQL, Python, or similar languages for data manipulation and analysis
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools and Excel/spreadsheet analysis
- Experience designing experiments and interpreting statistical results
- Strong ability to communicate complex analytical concepts to diverse audiences
- Strategic mindset with demonstrated ability to influence business decisions through data
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics) or equivalent professional experience
