Symmetry is seeking a Sales Representative for our Colorado Springs, El Paso County office. This part-time position is available to candidates authorized to work in the United States.
About the Role
As a Sales Representative at Symmetry, you'll drive growth in our client base by connecting prospects with comprehensive insurance solutions. You'll assess client needs, present tailored coverage options, and close deals that make a real impact on their financial security.
What You'll Do
- Identify and qualify leads to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Conduct needs assessments with prospects to understand their insurance requirements
- Present insurance products and coverage options that align with client needs
- Close sales and guide new clients through the onboarding process
- Build and maintain client relationships to drive retention and referrals
- Record client interactions and maintain accurate information in our CRM system
- Work toward or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to team targets
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated sales success with a proven ability to close deals and meet targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Interest in or experience with insurance, financial products, or related fields
- Self-directed with the discipline to manage your own workload and client relationships
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Authorization to work in the United States; no sponsorship or work visas available
