Equipment Sales Consultant

Titan Machinery is hiring a full-time Equipment Sales Consultant at our Avoca, Pottawattamie County location to drive sales growth across our agricultural and construction equipment product lines. This is an uncapped commission role for a results-oriented sales professional ready to build lasting customer relationships and grow revenue.

About the Role

As an Equipment Sales Consultant, you'll be the trusted advisor between Titan Machinery and customers who depend on reliable equipment to power their operations. You'll manage the entire sales cycle—from initial customer conversations through equipment selection to deal closure—while leveraging your knowledge of machinery specifications and industry applications to match the right solutions to each customer's needs.

What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough consultations with customers to understand their equipment requirements and operational challenges
• Demonstrate agricultural and construction equipment features, specifications, and technology capabilities
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through responsive, knowledgeable service
• Develop customized equipment proposals that address customer needs and budget considerations
• Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Maintain detailed customer records and follow-up communication in our sales system
• Stay current on equipment innovations, financing options, and competitive landscape

What We're Looking For

• Proven sales success in equipment, industrial, or agricultural markets (or equivalent customer-facing sales experience)
• Ability to translate technical equipment features into customer value
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with genuine interest in customer success
• Self-motivated approach to prospecting, follow-up, and relationship building
• Professional demeanor and willingness to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or sales certifications a plus
