About the Role

This position sits at the heart of UKG's enterprise growth strategy. You'll own the entire sales lifecycle for high-value accounts—from prospecting through close and beyond—managing relationships with C-suite executives and key stakeholders at organizations ready to transform their workforce operations. Your ability to understand client challenges, articulate strategic solutions, and navigate lengthy decision cycles will directly impact both enterprise client success and UKG's trajectory.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and qualify enterprise sales opportunities aligned with our ideal customer profile
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that expand relationships and drive revenue growth
  • Conduct discovery and needs assessment meetings with senior decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Present compelling business cases and product demonstrations tailored to enterprise priorities
  • Negotiate contracts and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Collaborate with customer success, implementation, and technical teams to ensure smooth transitions
  • Manage sales pipeline accurately and forecast with precision
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets consistently

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of proven enterprise software sales success, closing six-figure deals
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate extended sales cycles and complex organizational structures
  • Consultative, relationship-driven sales approach with strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Track record of managing large accounts and driving expansion revenue
  • Comfort working independently and collaborating cross-functionally
  • CRM platform proficiency and sales discipline
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
