About the Role
As an Associate Product Manager at Cheez, you'll partner closely with the founding team and senior engineers to drive product innovation and market impact. Working alongside a talented team that includes veterans from top-tier tech companies, you'll be at the center of decisions that define how millions of users experience photo sharing and social discovery.
What You'll Do
- Define and document product requirements grounded in real user feedback and competitive intelligence
- Establish key objectives and measurable results that align with company growth and user satisfaction
- Conduct and synthesize market research to identify opportunities and validate product direction
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the Founder/CEO, engineering team, and design team to prioritize features and improvements
- Analyze user behavior and app performance to inform iteration and prioritization decisions
- Support product launch and feature rollout planning across iOS and Android platforms
What We're Looking For
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort using data to inform decisions
- Experience researching user needs and translating them into actionable product requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-team collaboration
- Familiarity with mobile app development and the product management lifecycle
- Passion for social technology, creator economy, or photo-sharing platforms
- Demonstrated ability to work with teams in fast-paced, early-stage startup environments
