About the Role
Advance Local, home to Catalyst IQ and its automotive technology brands (Adpearance, Fox Dealer, Search Optics, and ZeroSum), is seeking a Product Manager I to drive product strategy and execution. In this position, you'll shape how dealers and manufacturers achieve precision and profitability through our comprehensive digital marketing platform.
What You'll Do
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs
- Collaborate across engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver features and improvements that solve real dealer and manufacturer challenges
- Research customer pain points and gather requirements through interviews, testing, and data analysis
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on impact, effort, and strategic value
- Monitor product performance and key metrics to guide decisions and measure success
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the product lifecycle
What We're Looking For
- Proven product management experience with digital products, SaaS platforms, or software solutions
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business teams
- Excellent communication skills; demonstrated ability to influence and align stakeholders
- Technical literacy and understanding of product architecture and customer workflows
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership mentality and bias toward execution
