About the Role

You'll serve as a technical lead on Facets integration initiatives, architecting and implementing middleware that connects healthcare claims systems with modern enterprise platforms. What You'll Do

• Design and implement Facets integration logic for healthcare claims processing workflows, ensuring data integrity and system reliability
• Build APIs and data transformation layers that enable seamless communication between claims management systems and downstream applications
• Lead technical proof-of-concept initiatives to validate integration approaches and de-risk complex implementations
• Develop comprehensive testing strategies, including unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end validation

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as an integration or software engineer, with demonstrated expertise in healthcare claims systems
• Deep familiarity with Facets architecture, APIs, and integration methodologies
• Strong proficiency in modern programming languages and integration frameworks (Java, Python, or similar)
• Experience designing and deploying RESTful APIs and data pipelines
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements (HIPAA) and secure data handling practices
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and lead technical problem-solving under ambiguity
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
