About the Role
As a Project Architect, you'll serve as a key technical leader on architectural projects, overseeing design development, documentation, and delivery from conception through construction administration. You'll work closely with design teams, clients, and consultants to bring architectural visions to reality while maintaining project timelines and quality standards.
What You'll Do
- Direct project teams through all phases of architectural work, from initial concept through construction documentation
- Manage client relationships and coordinate stakeholder input to ensure project success and satisfaction
- Develop detailed construction documents, specifications, and technical drawings to code and industry standards
- Oversee quality assurance and regulatory compliance throughout all project phases
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary consultants including engineers and specialty professionals
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to firm knowledge and professional growth
- Prepare and present design solutions to clients and internal project teams
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (minimum requirement)
- Five or more years of professional architectural experience
- Strong technical expertise in architectural design and documentation practices
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and manage multifaceted design processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and team members
- Proficiency with industry-standard design software and BIM platforms
- Commitment to collaborative work and professional excellence
