Outreach & Referral Coordinator

NoGigiddy is seeking an Outreach & Referral Coordinator to join our team in Virginia Beach, Virginia Beach City. In this full-time role, you'll be the bridge between our platform and the thousands of income-focused professionals in our community, driving growth through authentic relationships and strategic partnerships.

About the Role

The Outreach & Referral Coordinator position is central to NoGigiddy's mission of serving the gig economy community. Our platform exists to make it easier for gig workers, freelancers, and side hustlers to discover legitimate income opportunities—from remote work and surveys to gig platforms and financial tools—all in one transparent, free space. In this role, you'll amplify that reach.

What You'll Do

• Identify, cultivate, and maintain partnerships with community organizations, local groups, and influencers who serve gig workers and freelancers
• Design and execute referral campaigns that encourage organic growth within our target audience
• Launch grassroots and digital outreach initiatives to increase NoGigiddy awareness in the Virginia Beach market and surrounding regions
• Track referral source performance and report on key metrics to optimize future campaign strategy
• Develop outreach messaging and materials in collaboration with our marketing team
• Engage directly with community members to gather feedback and refine engagement approaches

What We're Looking For

• Authentic passion for supporting gig workers and the alternative income community
• Demonstrated success in relationship-building, partnership development, or community engagement
• Experience managing referral programs, business development initiatives, or comparable outreach work
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and performance data simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, resourceful approach to solving problems and pursuing opportunities
• Comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment with evolving priorities
