About the Role

As Integrated Media Buying Manager at Salt Xc, you'll oversee the complete media buying lifecycle across digital, social, display, video, and traditional channels. You'll partner with strategy and creative teams to translate client objectives into impactful media plans, manage budgets, negotiate with media partners, and continuously optimize campaign performance based on real-time data.

What You'll Do

  • Build and execute integrated media buying strategies that align client goals with market opportunities
  • Manage and allocate media budgets across multiple channels and platforms to maximize ROI
  • Negotiate rates and terms with media vendors, publishers, and ad networks
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, identify optimization opportunities, and report findings to clients
  • Analyze competitive media activity and market trends to inform strategic recommendations
  • Collaborate with account, creative, and analytics teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
  • Maintain relationships with key media partners and stay current with platform changes and capabilities
  • Present media plans, performance insights, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of media buying experience across integrated channels (paid search, social, display, video, audio)
  • Proven expertise negotiating with media partners and optimizing campaign performance
  • Advanced proficiency with media buying platforms and analytics tools
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities for client-facing interactions
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • Knowledge of programmatic buying, audience targeting, and performance measurement
