About the Role

What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations using advanced diagnostic equipment and techniques
- Diagnose and manage common eye conditions and diseases
- Prescribe corrective lenses, contact lenses, and therapeutic medications
- Educate patients about eye health, preventive care, and treatment options
- Collaborate with opticians and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain detailed, accurate patient records in compliance with regulatory standards
- Stay current with the latest developments in optometry and eye care practices
What We're Looking For
- Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree from an accredited optometry school
- Active, unrestricted optometry license in California
- Strong clinical knowledge and patient care skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Professional demeanor and commitment to patient satisfaction
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare team
