About the Role
As a part-time assistant store manager at Pacsun, you'll support our store leadership team in delivering an exceptional shopping experience while building and maintaining our community-focused brand presence. This is a hands-on management position that blends customer service, team leadership, and operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.
What You'll Do
- Assist in training, mentoring, and developing store team members
- Maintain store appearance, merchandising standards, and visual displays
- Support daily operations including cash handling, inventory management, and stock organization
- Help resolve customer concerns and foster positive shopping experiences
- Collaborate with the store manager to meet sales goals and key performance indicators
- Monitor store security, cleanliness, and adherence to company policies
- Participate in opening and closing store procedures as scheduled
What We're Looking For
- Proven retail or customer service experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy retail setting
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
