About the Role
As a Part-Time Center Associate, you'll be the front line of our retail center, managing customer interactions and retail operations with professionalism and care. You'll gain experience across multiple service areas while building strong relationships with our customers and contributing to a welcoming center atmosphere.
What You'll Do
- Receive, process, and prepare customer packages for shipment with accuracy and speed
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions securely
- Manage copying, faxing, binding, laminating, and other retail equipment
- Answer customer questions about shipping services, pricing, and available options
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations to help customers choose the right solutions for their needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail environment
- Support team members during peak hours and contribute to smooth daily operations
