Technician

Dave & Buster's is seeking a full-time Technician in Stafford, Fort Bend County, to maintain our gaming and entertainment equipment. In this hands-on role, you'll ensure every game, system, and facility component operates safely and at peak performance for our guests.

About the Role

As a Technician at our Stafford location, you're responsible for keeping the entertainment experience running smoothly every day. You'll combine technical expertise with mechanical knowledge to maintain and repair our gaming systems, arcade equipment, and facility infrastructure. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your work directly contributes to guest satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair gaming machines, arcade equipment, and entertainment systems
• Perform preventive maintenance on gaming devices and mechanical components
• Inspect equipment to confirm safe and proper operation
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues
• Maintain building systems and facility infrastructure
• Document maintenance work and keep detailed service records
• Coordinate with management to prioritize repairs and equipment upgrades
