About the Role
We are seeking compassionate, reliable In Home Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to clients in their homes. As a caregiver with Cornerstone Caregiving, you'll be part of a mission to deliver high-quality, person-centered care that respects the dignity and independence of those we serve.
What You'll Do
- Provide personal care assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Support clients with medication reminders and health monitoring as needed
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and nutritional support
- Offer companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being
- Maintain accurate, timely care notes and communicate with care supervisors
- Respond with compassion and patience to changing client needs
