About the Role
We're seeking reliable, caring individuals to serve as Caregivers for our clients throughout the Deerfield area. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling across all shifts—morning, afternoon, and evening—to match your availability. As a Caregiver, you'll be a trusted presence in clients' homes, helping them maintain independence while receiving the daily support they need.
What You'll Do
- Assist clients with personal hygiene, bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Prepare nutritious meals and provide mealtime support
- Manage medication reminders and assist with medication oversight
- Offer meaningful companionship and emotional encouragement
- Help with household tasks and errands
- Monitor clients' well-being and report any changes to supervisors
- Maintain detailed care records and documentation
What We're Looking For
- Genuine care and patience working with older adults
- Dependability and clear communication skills
- Physical capability to assist with daily activities and maintain a safe home environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
- Background check clearance required
- Prior caregiving or healthcare experience preferred
