Floating Property Manager

Avenue5 Residential, LLC is hiring a Floating Property Manager in Airway Heights, Spokane County. This is a full-time position where you'll support multiple residential properties while making a direct impact on the quality of life for our residents.

About the Role

As a Floating Property Manager, you'll be the cornerstone of our property operations team, responsible for delivering exceptional management across multiple residential communities. In this full-time role, working Monday through Friday at $28 per hour, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, coordinate with our maintenance and leasing teams, and ensure our residents enjoy safe, well-maintained communities that meet the highest standards of excellence.

What You'll Do

• Manage daily operations and resident services across multiple residential properties
• Foster positive relationships with residents, responding to inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and supervise repairs to keep properties safe and attractive
• Process lease agreements, collect rent, and conduct thorough tenant screening
• Conduct regular property inspections and document findings
• Address emergencies and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively
• Ensure compliance with all local housing regulations and company policies
