Assistant Community Manager PT – PIR

Cambridge Management is hiring an Assistant Community Manager for a part-time position at one of our affordable housing communities in Raugust, Grant County. About the Role

As an Assistant Community Manager, you'll work part-time supporting the day-to-day operations of our residential community. You'll be a key point of contact for residents, helping maintain a safe, welcoming environment where families, seniors, and people with disabilities can thrive.

What You'll Do

• Respond to resident inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care
• Assist with community events, resident programs, and engagement activities
• Support maintenance and administrative coordination
• Document resident interactions and community updates
• Help enforce community policies and lease agreements
• Assist in creating a respectful, inclusive living environment
