About the Role
This visiting assistant clinical professor position is a part-time appointment at University of the Pacific. You'll bridge the gap between academic theory and clinical practice, delivering instruction informed by direct patient care experience and current industry standards.

- Teach courses in occupational therapy or physical therapy within the university curriculum
- Develop and refine course content that reflects current clinical best practices and evidence-based care

What We're Looking For
- Minimum three years of direct clinical practice experience in occupational therapy or physical therapy
- Professional license in occupational therapy or physical therapy in the state of California, or demonstrated eligibility to obtain licensure within your first year of employment
- Bachelor's degree or higher in occupational therapy, physical therapy, or a related discipline from an institution accredited by a USDE-recognized regional accrediting body
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate clinical knowledge for students at various levels
- Passion for mentoring emerging healthcare professionals and supporting student success
