What You'll Do

  • Assist senior researchers and scientists with data collection, organization, and preliminary analysis
  • Support animal behavior observation and welfare assessment studies
  • Help maintain research databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Prepare research materials, reports, and presentations for internal and external audiences
  • Conduct literature reviews and summarize scientific findings relevant to conservation initiatives
  • Collaborate with husbandry and veterinary teams to support applied research projects
  • Assist with fieldwork, specimen handling, and research logistics as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in biology, zoology, environmental science, animal behavior, or related field
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with spreadsheet software and basic data analysis
  • Genuine passion for animal conservation and zoo science
  • Physical ability to work in varied environments, including animal care areas
