Senior Logistics Analyst

Regulus Group is hiring a Senior Logistics Analyst in Crystal, Arlington County. This is a full-time position supporting Federal Aviation Administration operations and programs.

About the Role

As Senior Logistics Analyst, you'll manage critical logistics coordination and planning activities that keep aviation programs on track. Your work ensures seamless integration across supply chain, maintenance, and operational support functions—directly supporting the FAA's mission-critical operations.

What You'll Do

• Manage all facets of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) planning and execution
• Coordinate logistics strategy and implementation across nine Logistics Element Managers
• Plan, develop, and maintain logistics support frameworks and processes
• Support program transition initiatives from development through operational deployment
• Track and resolve logistics requirements, timelines, and resource allocation
• Generate reports and documentation that inform senior leadership decisions
• Identify process improvements and optimize logistics workflows

• Proven background in logistics analysis, supply chain, or FAA-adjacent program management
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder coordination
• Self-directed problem-solver who takes ownership of outcomes
• Experience with Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) concepts and methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in common office software and data management tools
