About the Role

As our Morning Radio Host and Brand Influencer, you'll anchor the station's most listened-to daypart while building your personal and professional brand across radio, social media, video, and live events. This is a hybrid on-air and digital content role that puts you at the center of your local community's entertainment and news ecosystem.

What You'll Do

• Host engaging, compelling morning radio shows that connect with listeners and drive station ratings
• Develop and produce original audio content, on-air segments, and show concepts that showcase your personality and perspective
• Create video content, graphics, and digital stories for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook) that extend your on-air presence
• Manage and grow your own social media channels and community following as an influencer and station ambassador
• Engage directly with listeners through calls, texts, social media, and in-person community events
• Collaborate with promotions, sales, and programming teams on station initiatives, contests, and special events
• Maintain professional broadcast standards while experimenting with innovative content formats

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a radio on-air personality or host (college radio, community stations, or professional markets)
• Strong digital and social media content creation skills with a portfolio demonstrating your video, graphics, and storytelling work
• Natural communication ability and infectious personality that resonates with diverse audiences
• Understanding of music, entertainment, and current culture relevant to Top 40 audiences
• Self-motivation, creativity, and comfort working independently while meeting station deadlines
• Commitment to building genuine community relationships and engagement
• Ability to work in a fast-paced broadcast environment with flexibility for early morning hours
