Campaign Strategist

About the Role

As a Campaign Strategist, you'll serve as the strategic architect behind successful marketing initiatives. You'll translate business objectives and consumer insights into actionable campaign frameworks, ensuring every tactic aligns with audience behavior and conversion goals. Your work will span strategy development, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous process optimization.

What You'll Do

• Develop comprehensive, multi-channel campaign strategies tailored to client business goals and target audience profiles
• Conduct audience analysis and define strategic positioning based on consumer behavior, market trends, and funnel dynamics
• Author detailed business requirements documents that translate strategy into executable campaign specifications
• Establish campaign objectives, KPIs, and success metrics aligned with overall business outcomes
• Oversee campaign execution across client accounts, ensuring strategic consistency and performance against targets
• Identify bottlenecks and systematically improve campaign planning, approval, and deployment workflows
• Manage concurrent client accounts and campaign initiatives, balancing competing priorities and timelines

What We're Looking For

• Proven background in marketing strategy, campaign management, or related roles at an agency, marketing firm, or corporate marketing department
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret audience data and translate insights into strategic direction
• Experience designing and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Excellent written communication skills, particularly in creating strategic briefs and requirement documentation
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
• Familiarity with marketing technology platforms, customer journey mapping, or funnel analysis
• Collaborative mindset with experience working across creative, analytics, and operations teams
