Civil Litigation Attorney

Gpac is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney to join our team in Castro District, San Francisco on a full-time basis. If you're an experienced litigator with 2 to 5 years of practice ready to expand your litigation expertise, this role offers meaningful client work and professional growth within a collegial law firm.

About the Role

This Civil Litigation Attorney position offers hands-on case management, from client intake through trial. You'll develop deeper proficiency in discovery, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy while building your own client relationships. The role provides mentorship opportunities and exposure to the full spectrum of civil litigation work.

What You'll Do

• Lead civil litigation matters through all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, and trial
• Research legal issues and draft case-critical documents such as motions and memoranda
• Conduct client consultations, depositions, and settlement negotiations
• Manage case strategy, scheduling, and compliance with California civil procedure rules
• Work collaboratively with attorneys and support staff on complex litigation
• Maintain professional development and stay current with evolving litigation practices

What We're Looking For

• California law license and 2–5 years of civil litigation experience
• Strong legal writing and court advocacy capabilities
