- Prepare and assemble sandwiches and menu items following recipes and portion guidelines with accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station and shared kitchen areas throughout your shift
- Work collaboratively with teammates to keep operations running smoothly during busy and slow periods
- Monitor food quality and ingredient freshness, reporting any concerns to your manager
- Follow all food safety and health code regulations consistently
- Support the team by responding to dynamic needs and contributing to a positive work environment
