Shift Leader

Wingstop is now hiring a full-time Shift Leader for our Eutaw, Cumberland County location. If you're ready to take on a leadership role in a fast-paced restaurant environment and grow your management skills, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Shift Leader at Wingstop, you'll oversee daily operations during your shift, ensuring that our team delivers excellent service and quality every time. This is an ideal position for someone who demonstrates strong management potential and is eager to develop leadership abilities. You'll work closely with our General Manager and Assistant General Manager to execute company goals while keeping your team energized and focused on what matters most—great food and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Direct and supervise team members throughout your shift
• Train new and current staff on operational procedures, food preparation, and customer service standards
• Monitor food quality, inventory, and cleanliness standards
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
• Support the GM and AGM in achieving performance goals and meeting sales targets
• Maintain a positive, inclusive team culture that drives engagement and retention
• Complete opening and closing procedures as assigned
