About the Role

JUICEWELL is hiring a skilled Juicer to become a core part of our 43-person operation in Houston. This is a hands-on position where you'll work with fresh ingredients daily, deliver excellent customer service, and help us maintain the quality standards our community expects. You'll enjoy a flexible schedule while working full-time in our bustling Harris County location.

What You'll Do

• Manage and replenish ingredient stock to ensure consistent product availability
• Prepare fresh fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients according to our recipes and specifications
• Operate juice and smoothie equipment with precision and care
• Follow all health code and food safety protocols to protect our customers
• Listen to customer requests, understand their preferences, and suggest beverages that match their tastes and dietary needs
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace that meets health department standards

What We're Looking For

• Self-motivated and reliable—someone we can count on to show up ready to work
• Customer-focused mindset with genuine interest in helping people find their perfect drink
• Comfortable with food preparation and willing to follow safety and sanitation procedures
• Ability to work efficiently during peak service times
• Previous juice bar, food service, or beverage preparation experience is a plus
