About the Role
As a Deli Production Team Member with Pilot Company, you'll be at the heart of our food service operation. Working in our deli department, you'll combine technical food preparation skills with a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. You'll be part of a collaborative team environment where communication and teamwork directly impact the guest experience.
What You'll Do
- Prepare fresh deli items including sandwiches, hot foods, and specialty items to order
- Operate and maintain deli equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Stock, organize, and rotate inventory throughout your shift
- Assist customers with menu selections and special requests
- Process transactions at the point of sale and manage cash handling
- Work collaboratively with team members to keep operations running smoothly
- Follow all company policies and procedures consistently
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Food handling experience or willingness to obtain certification
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work in a team-oriented setting
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Compensation and Benefits
Competitive hourly pay starting between $11.33 and $15.18 per hour, based on experience. Full-time position at our George West, Live Oak County location.
