About the Role

As Co-Manager at our Huntsville location, you'll partner with the General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations. This full-time position offers the opportunity to develop leadership skills, mentor team members, and drive operational excellence in a thriving pizza delivery and carryout operation.

What You'll Do

• Support the General Manager in planning, implementing, and managing day-to-day restaurant operations
• Supervise and train crew members during assigned shifts
• Ensure food quality, preparation standards, and customer satisfaction
• Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost control
• Handle cash management and point-of-sale system operations
• Monitor adherence to health, safety, and food handling procedures
• Open and close the restaurant, completing required paperwork and documentation
• Address customer concerns and resolve operational issues promptly
