Pouch Room Operator – 3rd Shift

Kraft Heinz is hiring a Pouch Room Operator for the 3rd shift at our Winchester City, Virginia manufacturing facility. In this full-time hourly position earning $27.38 per hour, you'll operate critical packaging equipment and ensure every product meets our quality standards.

About the Role

As a Pouch Room Operator, you'll be integral to our production operations in Winchester. You'll operate and monitor specialized packaging equipment that ensures our products consistently meet the highest quality standards. This essential 3rd shift position demands focus, reliability, and a commitment to manufacturing excellence.

What You'll Do

• Operate pouch packaging equipment according to established specifications and safety protocols
• Monitor equipment performance and product quality throughout your shift
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues as needed
• Maintain accurate production records and shift documentation
• Uphold sanitation and food safety standards in the pouch room
• Meet daily production targets while maintaining safety and quality standards
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve operational challenges
• Keep your work area clean and well-organized

• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions

• Strong commitment to workplace safety and food manufacturing compliance
• Manufacturing or equipment operation experience is valued but not required
