- Work collaboratively with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to evaluate progress against targets and support strategic planning
- Prepare clear financial analyses and reports that inform leadership decisions at all levels
- Quantify the financial impact of operational improvements and process changes
- Conduct detailed variance analysis to understand what's driving financial results month to month
What We're Looking For
- Solid experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related finance discipline
- Competence with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling techniques
- Ability to communicate complex financial data clearly to non-financial audiences
- Comfort analyzing production and supply chain information in a manufacturing context
- Strong analytical mindset with genuine problem-solving focus and attention to accuracy
- Track record working effectively with operations teams and cross-functional partners
