Production Batch Preparation Technician

KDC-Columbus is seeking a Production Batch Preparation Technician for our Groveport facility in Franklin County. This is a full-time position where you'll play an essential role in our manufacturing operations, ensuring that every batch of raw materials is properly prepared for production.

About the Role

As a Production Batch Preparation Technician at KDC-Columbus, you'll be responsible for the initial stages of our batch preparation process. Working in our Groveport facility, you'll receive raw materials, measure them to precise specifications, and organize ingredients in the correct sequence for the next production phase. This role requires careful attention to detail, since accuracy in batch preparation directly impacts the quality of the finished personal care products we manufacture. You'll work independently while coordinating with production supervisors and other team members to keep operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Measure and weigh raw materials to exact batch formulas and specifications
• Organize and stage ingredients in the proper sequence for production runs
• Inspect incoming materials for quality and verify proper storage conditions
• Document batch data and maintain accurate production records
• Coordinate with supervisors and production teams to ensure timely batch preparation
• Follow all safety and sanitation protocols in the manufacturing environment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
