About the Role
As a Mini Shinko Assistant Operator, you'll support our production team in operating and monitoring specialized printing and packaging equipment. Working the 2nd shift, you'll contribute directly to ND Paper's high-volume manufacturing operations in a collaborative production environment. This part-time position provides reliable work with flexible scheduling in a structured manufacturing setting.
What You'll Do
- Assist in operating Mini Shinko printing and packaging equipment following established procedures and specifications
- Monitor production output throughout your shift to ensure quality and consistency
- Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance tasks as directed
- Support the production team in maintaining a safe, organized work environment
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate workflow
- Follow all safety protocols and manufacturing facility procedures
