• Train and mentor team members on cutting techniques, food safety protocols, and customer service excellence
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate promotions, manage inventory, and fulfill member requests
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment following all food handling and safety regulations
• Monitor product freshness, manage inventory rotation, and minimize waste through proper handling

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a meat cutter or butcher with demonstrated expertise in meat preparation and cutting
• Strong knowledge of different cuts, grades, and meat types, with ability to customize for member preferences
• Leadership skills and experience training or coaching team members
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with a member-first mindset
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment and manage the physical demands of the role
• Commitment to food safety, sanitation, and health code compliance
• Valid health certificate or willingness to obtain one as required by local regulations
