What You'll Do
- Prepare and serve frozen desserts, beverages, and specialty treats to customers with precision and care
- Create completed orders and present them to customers in an appealing, professional manner
- Keep stocked shelves, freezers, and prep areas well-supplied and organized throughout your shift
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness and sanitation across all equipment, countertops, and customer-facing areas
- Foster a welcoming, pleasant atmosphere for customers while keeping your workspace safe and organized
- Use equipment and point-of-sale systems accurately to process transactions and fulfill orders
- Address customer questions and requests with friendliness and professionalism
