As a Patient Scheduling Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for patients seeking appointments with our General Internal Medicine providers. What You'll Do

  • Answer patient calls and schedule appointments for General Internal Medicine consultations and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate patient records and appointment databases
  • Coordinate with clinical staff to optimize scheduling and manage provider calendars
  • Address patient inquiries about appointments, locations, and clinic information
  • Support administrative workflows to ensure efficient clinic operations
  • Handle cancellations, reschedules, and urgent appointment requests professionally

Position Details

This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, with hours typically between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Hours may vary based on clinic operational needs. Compensation starts at $19.59 per hour, with consideration given to relevant prior work experience when determining your starting wage.
