About the Role

As a Patient Scheduling Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for patients seeking appointments with our General Internal Medicine providers. This role combines patient service, administrative skill, and attention to detail—all essential to keeping our clinic running smoothly and ensuring patients receive timely, accessible care.

What You'll Do

• Answer patient calls and schedule appointments for General Internal Medicine consultations and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate patient records and appointment databases
• Coordinate with clinical staff to optimize scheduling and manage provider calendars
• Address patient inquiries about appointments, locations, and clinic information
• Support administrative workflows to ensure efficient clinic operations
• Handle cancellations, reschedules, and urgent appointment requests professionally

Position Details

This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, with hours typically between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Hours may vary based on clinic operational needs. Compensation starts at $19.59 per hour, with consideration given to relevant prior work experience when determining your starting wage.
