About the Role

As a Plasma Center Technician, you'll play a vital part in our plasma donation center, supporting donors through the collection process and helping maintain the safe, professional environment our community depends on. This is a part-time position that offers flexible scheduling and immediate opportunities to grow within the plasma services industry.

What You'll Do

• Greet donors and conduct initial health screening interviews
• Assist with venipuncture and plasma collection procedures
• Monitor donors for comfort and safety throughout the donation process
• Maintain accurate donor records and follow established protocols
• Clean, sanitize, and prepare equipment and donation stations
• Support the donation center team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Respond to donor questions and provide a welcoming experience

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety and hygiene protocols
• Reliable, professional demeanor with a customer-focused mindset
• Valid government-issued ID and ability to pass a background check
• Willingness to obtain certification or additional training as required by the role
