About the Role

As the executive administrator of the Tribal Historic Preservation Office, you will provide strategic leadership and management of all departmental operations. You will serve as the driving force behind the tribe's preservation initiatives and external partnerships.

What You'll Do

• Lead, hire, and manage Tribal Historic Preservation Office personnel
• Develop, administer, and oversee departmental budgets
• Manage grants and contract administration for preservation programs
• Ensure compliance with tribal, state, and federal historic preservation requirements
• Design and implement strategic plans for cultural resource protection
• Oversee daily operations and departmental workflow
• Coordinate with tribal departments, agencies, and external partners
