Agemark, an assisted living community serving Lenoir Rhyne in Catawba County, North Carolina, is seeking a Special Operations Administrator to lead and oversee daily operations across our facility. In this full-time role, you'll drive operational excellence while keeping resident care at the center of every decision.
About the Role
As Special Operations Administrator, you are the operational backbone of our community. You will oversee day-to-day business functions, coordinate departments, manage schedules, and ensure our team has the resources and direction needed to deliver exceptional care. Your leadership directly impacts the quality of life for our residents and the effectiveness of our staff.
What You'll Do
- Direct community operations in line with resident care standards and organizational goals
- Supervise and coordinate department leads, staff schedules, and resource allocation
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that enhance service delivery
- Monitor budgets, maintain cost-effectiveness, and report on operational metrics
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain operational documentation
- Respond to operational challenges and implement solutions that prioritize resident wellbeing
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to align operations with care objectives
- Maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and community partners
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in operations management, healthcare administration, or senior care environments
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements is a plus
- Ability to lead teams, make sound decisions, and resolve conflicts constructively
- Commitment to upholding the highest standards of resident care and dignity
