Sales Associate

About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you'll be the friendly face on our sales floor, connecting customers with products they love while representing Five Below's energetic, fun-first brand. You'll manage the customer experience from store floor to checkout, driving both satisfaction and sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products for their needs
• Answer product questions and make recommendations based on customer interests
• Maintain store displays and keep merchandise organized and accessible
• Process transactions at the register with accuracy and efficiency
• Handle cash, card payments, and returns according to store policies
• Restock shelves and ensure inventory is positioned for easy browsing
• Build positive relationships with regular customers and encourage repeat visits
• Support store team members to ensure smooth daily operations

What We're Looking For

• Customer service experience in retail or a similar customer-facing role
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds regularly
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to your scheduled hours
• Quick learner with the ability to follow instructions and company policies
• Cash handling experience and basic math skills
