Grain Production Worker – Seasonal

Cargill is hiring a Grain Production Worker for full-time seasonal work at our Bluffs, Scott County facility, where you'll support critical grain handling and agricultural supply chain operations.

About the Role

As a Grain Production Worker, you'll be part of Cargill's Agricultural Supply Chain team—a division that sources, stores, processes, and distributes grains and oilseeds globally. This is a hands-on production position that keeps our Bluffs operation running smoothly during peak seasonal activity.

What You'll Do

• Operate grain handling and production equipment safely and efficiently
• Monitor and document grain quality, moisture levels, and storage conditions
• Receive, inspect, and assist with processing incoming grain shipments
• Prepare grain for storage or loading; maintain inventory accuracy
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and report mechanical issues
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety and environmental standards
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules
