About the Role
As a Strategy and Operations Senior Associate focused on GTM, you'll operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, combining deep expertise with the ability to guide junior team members. You'll progress beyond individual contributor work to architect solutions to operational problems, drive cross-functional initiatives, and ensure our go-to-market efforts deliver measurable business impact.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that translate business objectives into operational roadmaps and tactical plans
- Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning product, sales, marketing, and finance to drive successful launches and market expansion
- Mentor and develop junior operations team members, providing guidance and creating opportunities for growth
- Identify operational inefficiencies and design systems or processes that improve execution quality and speed
- Gather and analyze data to inform strategy decisions and measure GTM initiative success
- Manage complex projects and timelines, ensuring clarity of goals, accountability, and delivery against milestones
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in strategy, operations, program management, or related fields with proven GTM or operations impact
- Ability to mentor junior colleagues and build team capability
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort navigating cross-functional, ambiguous challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Track record of delivering results through process improvement, strategic planning, or operational excellence
- Comfort with data analysis and analytical thinking; familiarity with common business and productivity tools is a plus
