About the Role
You'll manage the complete lifecycle of paid media campaigns for our clients. This is not a position where you hand off technical work to someone else or keep clients at arm's length. You'll build deep client partnerships, develop campaign strategy, analyze performance data, and drive tangible results—combining strategic thinking with tactical execution. Your work will span campaign planning, budget optimization, performance reporting, and direct client communication.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage paid media strategies across platforms for assigned client accounts
- Own campaign setup, optimization, and day-to-day performance management
- Analyze campaign data and metrics to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities
- Communicate regularly with clients about campaign performance, recommendations, and results
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and strategic insight
- Stay current with platform updates and industry trends in digital marketing
- Collaborate with team members to ensure campaign success and client satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing paid media accounts and campaigns
- Strong knowledge of major ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, or similar)
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize for results
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships and priorities simultaneously
- Detail-oriented approach to campaign setup and performance tracking
- A proactive mindset and ownership mentality toward client outcomes
