Support Center
Support Center is seeking a full-time Contract Recruiter to join our hiring team at our Highland Park, Dallas office. In this role, you'll take ownership of talent acquisition for our retail expansion, building and sourcing candidate networks across Texas and California as we open new locations.
About the Role
As a Contract Recruiter, you'll be the first point of contact with prospective employees, evaluating their fit for our organization and identifying those with the strongest potential for success. This is a dynamic, people-centered position where your ability to assess candidates and grow our talent network directly supports our business growth.
Your Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen candidates for new store openings across Texas and California markets
- Source, interview, and evaluate candidates to assess qualifications and career alignment
- Develop and maintain an active, organized talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and fill positions efficiently
- Build lasting relationships with candidates and stakeholders to support ongoing recruitment goals
What We're Looking For
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in connecting with people and understanding their career goals
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple candidate conversations and timelines simultaneously
- Proven ability to evaluate candidate strengths and assess cultural and role fit
- Self-motivated and comfortable with independent decision-making in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with recruiting practices, HR systems, or talent acquisition experience a plus
