FII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is hiring a full-time Human Resources Generalist in Sturtevant, Racine County, Wisconsin. This is an excellent opportunity to support human resources operations and make a direct impact on employee relations across our organization.
About the Role
As a Human Resources Generalist at our Sturtevant location, you'll manage key people operations and employee support functions. You'll work in an office environment collaborating with employees and managers to ensure our HR processes run smoothly while applying critical thinking to solve workplace challenges and improve how we support our team.
What You'll Do
- Support day-to-day human resources operations and coordinate HR initiatives across the organization
- Provide comprehensive employee relations support, addressing questions and workplace concerns
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee integration processes
- Support payroll administration and maintain accurate employee records
- Help develop and communicate human resources policies and procedures
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and company initiatives
- Exercise critical thinking to identify improvements in HR processes and practices
What We're Looking For
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
- Proficiency with HR information systems and Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
- Professional demeanor and sound judgment in employee interactions
- High school diploma or equivalent; Human Resources degree preferred
