CSA Global is seeking an Intel Collective Trainer based at Fort Indiantown Gap, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania for a full-time position. Join our team to deliver critical intelligence training and instruction to military and defense personnel.
About the Role
In this role, you'll support intelligence training initiatives at our Fort Indiantown Gap site, part of CSA Global's comprehensive defense and federal support services. The position centers on providing expert instruction and curriculum delivery to groups of military and government personnel requiring specialized intelligence competencies.
What You'll Do
- Develop and teach intelligence training programs tailored to military and federal audiences
- Create instructional materials, lesson plans, and assessment tools for collective learning
- Conduct interactive training sessions covering intelligence concepts and methodologies
- Assess participant performance and document training outcomes
- Work with program leadership to ensure training aligns with operational objectives
- Maintain training records and documentation in compliance with defense and federal requirements
- Contribute to program operations at Fort Indiantown Gap and supporting locations
What We're Looking For
- Professional experience in intelligence, military, or defense training roles
- Demonstrated ability to teach complex subject matter to groups
- Excellent communication and instructional presentation abilities
- Experience developing curriculum or instructional materials
- Ability to work effectively with military and government stakeholders
- Eligibility for or possession of a security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional background
