About the Role
As an Account Representative with Wesley Channels - State Farm Agent, you'll be the customer-facing bridge between our team and the communities we serve. What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across personal and commercial insurance products
- Process policy inquiries, support renewals, and facilitate account management for existing customers
- Assist with customer service inquiries, claims support, and general account needs

- Learn State Farm products deeply and explain coverage options to customers with clarity

What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service experience, preferably in sales or a client-facing role
