Planet Green Search is hiring a Senior Sales Executive to lead enterprise client relationships and drive revenue growth for our recruiting and staffing technology platform. This is a full-time, remote position based out of our Dallas, Texas office.

About the Role

As Senior Sales Executive for our talent acquisition platform, you'll own the full sales lifecycle with enterprise clients seeking rapid, efficient access to top-tier candidate pipelines. You'll represent a next-generation recruitment solution that connects enterprises with the largest vetted network of recruiters and search firms, powered by our proprietary sourcing technology. This role combines consultative selling, account strategy, and relationship leadership to expand our client base and maximize account value.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, engage, and close enterprise accounts seeking to streamline their recruitment and hiring processes
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that align our platform capabilities with client acquisition goals
  • Demonstrate the value of our sourcing technology and recruiter network in reducing time-to-hire and improving candidate quality
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with hiring leaders, talent acquisition directors, and procurement teams
  • Manage the sales process from discovery through contract negotiation and implementation
  • Forecast pipeline accurately and drive consistent progress toward revenue targets
  • Collaborate with product and customer success teams to ensure client outcomes and identify upsell opportunities

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record selling enterprise software solutions, SaaS platforms, or staffing/recruitment technology
  • Deep understanding of recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing industry pain points and workflows
  • Consultative selling approach with ability to build trust with C-suite and operational buyers
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with disciplined follow-up
  • Self-directed, goal-oriented mindset with proven ability to exceed quotas
  • Experience working with emerging or technology-enabled platforms is a plus
