Carr Talent Acquisition is seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative to join our team across the United States. We're a real estate company passionate about helping homeowners sell their properties with speed, certainty, and integrity, and we need a driven sales professional to help us connect with more clients.
About the Role
As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be the voice of Carr Talent Acquisition, managing outbound and inbound sales activities to build relationships with homeowners exploring their options. This is a core sales position where your communication skills and persistence directly impact our company's growth. You'll work with leads from multiple channels, qualify opportunities, and move promising prospects through our sales pipeline.
What You'll Do
- Conduct phone and email outreach to prospective clients to present our home-buying solutions
- Qualify leads by understanding homeowner situations, timelines, and motivations
- Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system
- Build rapport and trust with prospects by listening to their concerns and providing transparent information
- Coordinate with our management and operations team to schedule property consultations
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity targets and goals
- Follow up consistently with warm leads and nurture relationships over time
What We're Looking For
- Proven inside sales experience or demonstrated ability to succeed in an outbound sales environment
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—with comfort on the phone
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while managing your own pipeline
- Comfort with CRM software and basic sales technology platforms
- A customer-first mindset and genuine interest in helping people find real solutions
- Resilience and coachability; ability to handle rejection and learn from feedback
