About the Role
As a Service Lead, you'll manage day-to-day field operations while mentoring technicians and ensuring every customer receives exceptional service. This is a hands-on leadership position where you work alongside your crew, model best practices, and drive operational success from the ground up. You'll balance team supervision, quality control, and customer relationships in a fast-paced, growing organization.
What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a team of lawn care and landscape technicians through coaching and example
- Oversee crew schedules, job assignments, and daily workflow to meet customer appointments
- Maintain quality standards across all service delivery and equipment use
- Build and sustain strong customer relationships while addressing service needs and concerns
- Collaborate with management on operational improvements and crew performance
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company procedures in the field
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in lawn care, landscaping, or related field service industry
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in outdoor work environments
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliability and commitment to consistent, high-quality work
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites throughout the service area
- Physical capability to perform landscape work and meet job site demands
